Welcome to Helloest Tour. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking any travel services with us. By using our website or purchasing our tour packages, you agree to the following terms.

 

 

1. General Information

Way Go Tour acts as a travel and tour service provider offering organized tour packages, hotel bookings, transportation, and related travel services. All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by Way Go Tour.

 

 

2. Booking and Payment

  • A booking is confirmed only after receiving the required deposit or full payment as stated at the time of booking.

  • Full payment must be made before the start of the tour unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Prices are quoted in Euro and are subject to change without prior notice due to exchange rate fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or government taxes.

 

 

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be made in writing via email or through our booking system.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will depend on the time of cancellation before the departure date:

    • More than 30 days: Full refund minus service fee

    • 15–30 days: 50% refund

    • Less than 15 days: No refund

  • No refunds will be made for unused services or portions of any tour.

 

 

4. Changes by the Customer

Any changes requested after confirmation (such as travel dates, accommodations, or destinations) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

 

 

5. Changes by Way Go Tour

Way Go Tour reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or political events. In such cases, we will offer an alternative arrangement or refund according to our policy.

 

 

6. Travel Documents and Requirements

It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they possess valid passports, visas, health certificates, and other necessary documents. Way Go Tour is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete documentation.

 

 

7. Health and Safety

Travelers are responsible for assessing their health conditions before joining a tour. Some activities may require a certain level of physical fitness. Travelers participate at their own risk.

 

 

8. Liability

Way Go Tour acts only as an agent for hotels, airlines, transportation providers, and other service suppliers. We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, or third-party negligence.

 

 

9. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.

 

 

10. Complaints and Claims

If you have a complaint during your tour, please inform our representative immediately so we can attempt to resolve the issue. Claims made after the tour must be submitted in writing within 7 days of tour completion.

 

 

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, and promotional materials are the property of Way Go Tour and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

 

 

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Italy.
